Mazaar vandalized by unknown anti-social elements, Chhatarpur Mehrauli- Delhi.

This is to inform you that certain anti-social elements have desecrated mausoleum of Sayed Mehrab Ali located near Chatarpur Metro station, Delhi. They tried to destroy the mausoleum by using hammers and other equipment and raised ant-Muslim slogans. Mr. Mohammad Salim has been taking care of this mausoleum for many years and Non-Muslim brethren have been offering chadar at this mausoleum. This mausoleum was located beside the road but after widening the same is now in between the road. Mehrauli police has arrested two persons in this connection and makeshift boundary wall has been made over there. During daytime police prevents Muslim entering the compound of mausoleum. Maulana Naeem went over there to offer prayer but police did not allow him for the same. Bhai Chaman, Maulvi Ghulam Rasool, Maulana Habibullah and hafiz Nasirudin etc. conducted a survey of the same.
