رانچی میں پولس بربریت کی بدترین مثال قائم ہوئی
جمعیۃ علماء ہند کے وفد کا مظاہرے میں شہید والوں کے اہل خانہ سے ملاقات کی ، ہرممکن مدد کی یقین دہانی

نئی دہلی :۱۳؍ جون ۲۰۲۲ء : رانچی میں توہین رسالت کے خلاف ہوئے مظاہرے پر پولس بربریت کا اندوہ ناک واقعہ پیش آیا جس میں ڈائریکٹ پولس فائرنگ کی وجہ سے دونوجوان شہید ہوگئے، نیز ایک درجن سے زائد زخمی ہیں۔ ان تمام حالات کا جائزہ لینے کے لیے صدر جمعیۃ علماء ہند مولانا محمود اسعد مدنی کی ہدایت پر جمعیۃ کے وفد نے فساد زدہ علاقہ ہندپیڑھی اور گدڑی چوک وغیرہ کا دورہ کیا اورپولس فائرنگ میں شہید ہونے والے محمد مدثر اور محمد ساحل کے اہل خانہ سے ملاقات کی ۔اس وفد کی قیادت ناظم عمومی جمعیۃ علما ء ہند مولانا حکیم الدین قاسمی نے کی ۔پندرہ سالہ محمد مدثر ہند پیڑھی محلہ کا رہنے والا تھا، جمعیۃ کے وفد نے اس کے والد پرویز عالم سے ملاقات کی اور صدر جمعیۃ مولانا محمود اسعد مدنی صاحب کی طرف سے تعزیت کی اور کہا کہ اس دکھ کی گھڑی میں جمعیۃ کے خدام ان کے ساتھ کھڑے ہیں ، گدڑی چوک پر ۲۲؍سالہ محمد ساحل کے والد محمد فضل بھی جمعیۃ کے وفد سے ملتے ہوئے آبدیدہ ہوگئے ، ان کے ساتھ بھی ہمدردی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے وفد نے ہر ممکن مدد کی یقین دہانی کرائی ۔وفد نے ہسپتال میں زیر علاج محمد صابر وغیرہ سے ملاقات کرنے کی کوشش کی ،لیکن پولس حصار کی وجہ سے ملاقات ممکن نہ ہوسکی۔
جمعیۃ کے وفد نے ان تمام مظلوموں کی نمائندگی کرتے ہوئے رانچی کے ڈپٹی کمشنر شری چھوی رنجن سے ملاقات کرکے مرنے والوں کے اہل خانہ کو انصاف دلانے اور معقول معاوضہ دینے کا مطالبہ کیا ۔اس موقع پر مولانا حکیم الدین قاسمی جنرل سکریٹری جمعیۃ علماء ہند نے کہا کہ اپنے ہی شہریوں بالخصوص ملک کے مستقبل نوعمر لڑکوں کے ساتھ غیر ملکی دشمن کی طرح سلوک کیا گیا ، جو انتہائی افسوس ناک اور قابل مذمت ہے۔ مظاہرین کو روکنے کے لیے اور بھی طریقے ہیں ، ان طریقوں کو اختیار کیا جانا چاہیے ، کمر اور سینے پر گولی چلانا محض بربریت ہے ۔ایسے موقع پر جمعیۃ علماء ہند یہ مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ ان پولس افسران کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کی جائے جو گولی چلانے کے عمل میں ملوث تھے ، نیز مرنے والوں کے اہل خانہ کو معقول معاوضہ دیا جائے اور گھر کے کسی بھی لائق ممبر کو نوکری دی جائے ۔جمعیۃ علماء کے مطالبے پر ڈی سی نے کہا کہ وہ ان کے مطالبات پر سنجیدگی سے غور کررہے ہیں اور ہر ممکن طور سے متاثرہ خاندانوں کی مدد کی جائے گی ۔اس دوران جمعیۃ کے وفد نے ڈی آئی جی انیس گپتا ، اے ڈی جی پی سنجے لاتکر سے بھی ملاقات کی اور پولس رویے پر ان کو کھری کھری سنائی اور کہا کہ رانچی پولس نے ایک غلط مثال قائم کی ہے ، جو ملک میں کہیں نہیں ہوئی ۔ پولس کا یہ رویہ قانون کی خلاف ورزی اور اپنے ہم وطنوں کے ساتھ دشمنی پر مبنی ہے ، جسے کسی بھی صورت میں قبول نہیں کیا جاسکتا ۔
جمعیۃ علماء ہند کے وفد میںجنرل سکریٹری مولانا حکیم الدین قاسمی کے علاوہ جمعیۃ علماء جھارکھنڈ کے ناظم اعلیٰ اصغر مصباحی،مولانا محمد قاسمی مہتمم مدرسہ حسینیہ کڈرورانچی ،مفتی قمرعالم ، قاری اسجد ، اقبال امام ، تنویر احمد، مولانا عبیداللہ قاسمی، شاہ محمد عمیر وغیرہ شامل تھے ۔

Ranchi police set worst example of police barbarism

A delegation of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind meets family members of martyrs who died during the public demonstration and assured them of every possible help

New Delhi, June 13, 2022:- The police force in Ranchi displayed the worst example of barbarism against the persons who took out a procession to protest against blasphemy against the Prophet. Two persons were killed and more than a dozen persons were severely injured in police indiscriminate firing.

To take stock of the situation, a delegation of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, on the instructions of Maulana Mahmood Asad Madani, visited the disturbed areas of Hindpidhi and Gudri Chowk, Ranchi. The delegation also called on the family members of Mohammad Mudassir and Mohammad Sahil who were brutally killed by police firing. The delegation was led by Maulana Hakeemuddin Qasmi, General Secretary of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind. He on behalf of Maulana Madani, offered condolences to the members of aggrieved families and said that in this hour of sorrow the Jamiat stands by them. Mohammad Fazal, father of slain Mr Sahil also met with the delegation. He could not hold his tears while meeting with the delegation. The delegation assured all possible help to him.

The delegation also tried to meet Muhammad Sabir and others who were undergoing treatment at the hospital, but the meeting was not possible due to the police siege.

Representing all the victims, the Jamiat delegation called on Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Shri Chhavi Ranjan and demanded justice and adequate compensation for the families of the deceased. On this occasion, Maulana Hakeemuddin Qasmi General Secretary of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind said the teenagers of the city were treated as foreign enemies by the police force. It’s very saddening and deserves our condemnation. There are other ways to stop the protesters. In the presence of other possible options, shooting in the back and chest is just barbarism. The families of the deceased should be given reasonable compensation and any deserving member of the household should be provided with a job.

Jamiat delegation also met DIG Anis Gupta, and ADGP Sanjay Latkar apprised them of the brutal attitude of the police. He said that Ranchi Police has set a wrong precedent which has not happened anywhere in the country. This attitude of the police is highly barbaric and reflects enmity with the members of the minority community. This is not acceptable under any circumstances.The delegation of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind includes General Secretary Maulana Hakeemuddin Qasmi, Maulana Asghar Misbahi, Mr.Iqbal Imam, Maulana Muhammad Qasmi, Mufti Qamar Alam, Qari Asjad, Tanveer Ahmed, Maulana Obaidullah Qasmi, Shah Muhammad Umair and others etc.
