Impressed by Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind. Says Iran Cultural Counsellor in Delhi who paid visit of JUH Headquarter

New Delhi 24 June 2022.

The Cultural Counsellor of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Embassy of Iran in New Delhi, Dr. Mohd Ali Rabbani, visited Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind office located at ITO Delhi on Friday and appreciated the role of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind in promoting interfaith relationship in India and representing the true spirit of Islam.
The delegation of Iran's cultural house also included Qari Mohammed Yaseen and Maulana Ghulam Hussain.

The delegation was received by Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind General Secretary Maulana Hakeemuddin Qasmi and others.

On this occasion, Dr. Rabbani presented a version of the holy Quran to JUH General Secretary. The Counselor also offered a copy of a handwritten copy of Nahjul Balaghah.

Maulana Hakeemuddin Qasmi welcomed the delegation and told him about the activities of the organisation.

Dr Muhammad Ali Rabbani was very impressed by JUH activities and said the Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind president Maulana Mahmood Madani is doing great service to the country and community.

He also paid visit to Jamiat museum and its library and was delighted by its modern-day presentation.

On this occasion, along with the JUH General Secretary, Maulana Azeemullah Siddiqui Qasmi, Maulana Javed Siddiqi, Dr Azhar Ali, Majid Alavi, Maulana Kaleemuddin Qasmi were also present on this occasion.
