Matatib and Deeni Taleemi Tahreek (Religious Education Movement)

Markazi Deeni Taleemi Board is an important wing of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind. The board is directly running 263 makatib in them most backward areas of the country and its annual budget is Rs. 60 lakh. Furthermore, under the supervision of state and local unites of Jamiat, there are more than 15,000 makatibs. Thus the total number of makatib are 15,673. Total number of students in these Makatib are 6,70,388. This year, Markazi Deeni Taleemi Board run a nationwide awareness campaign from April 1^st to 10^th that would make a positive impact.
