Non-Vegetarian eatery and stalls forced to close on the eve of Navratri

Right-wing Hindu extremists forced many eateries run by Muslims to close down on Hindu festivals. It was noted that at multiple locations of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi and others, the right-wing extremists groups harrassed and forced to close shops such as meat, non-vegetarian eateries and other similar outlets. In Dwarka, Delhi, Hindu Sena forced to close meat shops opened in the area. Similalry, in the Najafgarh’s Som Bazaar area too some extremists took rounds and forced to close shops which were open. In the viral video on social media they could be seen as abusing and focring people to close down their small shops. According to a newspaper, Hindu Sena National President Vishnu Gupta confirmed that he sent a group from his organisation to Najafgarh for the same purpose. Police said that they did not receive any complaint or PCR call regarding the issue.
